Axial to distributed winding!! Be sure to let us know if you want to mimic ours! This type is a brush type, but brushless is also available. Coggingless. Granular distribution winding with no cogging.

Induction heating, Induction Heating coils, A copper tube (copper pipe) allows water to pass through for cooling, so it is OK to run battery profusely!! The insulation between turns is protected with Kapton.

Triple continuously wound coil modeling Coil made of three continuously wound 12-turn edgewise coils.

A method of winding to position lead wires of both the start of winding and the end of winding at the circumference of a coil. This eliminates the need for a space to take out the lead wire from inside the coil. The use of the space for winding a copper wire results in a better lamination factor.
